Some thoughts on "No points on FPVP"

BTW, received an offer for a Sony Dash....need it like I need 10 more lbs.
but my nephew thinks he would like it. Also received $50 credit for food
for the month of August....I'm going to pick up the Dash, spend $50 on to-go
at the Food Court and go home. Oh, yeah, need to check and see if I have
any free play - I'll use that if I have it and not put a buck of my own in.
I figure they owe me at least that for the nice contribution I gave them
last week playing FP DDB.

I also got the Dash offer but because the radio reception where I live is so
bad, I'll be able to use it for the Internet radio function.

I have the extra 10 lbs. you were looking for - I'll leave them at the concierge
desk for you ; )

I don't think I got the food credit yet, maybe that's on the way along with the
letter about the VP disaster I haven't received to date.

It will be a definite hit-and-run trip as the bride has a shower to go to, and
I'll be flying solo. Use up any free play, and Adios, amigos at 6:01PM.

Not FP DDB. It's 9/6. You want 10/6 head to Nevada.
You don't want to get folks expectations too high.

Not sure how long this "pointless" change will last. I was there from 6:30 till 9:30 tonight and I could not find one person playing on the machines with the stickers in the Wind or Sky. No one was playing in the high limit on the sticker machines either. I was really amazed. I think even recreational player will choose other machines now.

This will be too many unused machines for them. But I think before they give back the points they will downgrade again.

I hope that they were people who were unaware of the change and once they do become cognizant will abandon these machines.

One can only hope that this trend continues.

more thoughts -
There will be fewer hand pays and taxables.
And maybe long lines at the players club booths
of people asking why they are not getting points.
