We weren't planning on going in November since the GF
is in school, but 2 things are changing our minds:
1: The Saks shopping spree offer($500 gift card and 3
comp'd nights in a suite).
2: The current state of affairs at the LVH concerning
theo and comps and lack of good offers.
I've bounced around between the now-history C4 and C2
the last few years. We've managed a Lanai Suite(our
request)the last 4 visits or so.
I consider the shopping spree a good offer. So...
1: Do we jump on it, figuring it's a 'last hurrah'
until the suits at the LVH decide they were a tad
drastic in the changes for longtime, loyal comp'd VP
players?
2: Am I understanding correctly that my Comp Dollars
account is now comp dollars and/or cashback, depending
on how I choose to redeem it? Can I now cash out my
comp dollars for actual cash?
I've got a pretty decent Comp Dollar balance built up
since they've always picked-up our room and
meals(including at least one dinner at the Steakhouse
each trip) without touching the Comp Dollar balance.
