Looks like they are still moving machines around a little at the Palms. The four 100% payback uprights have returned with 5c, 10c and 25c FPDW, 10/7 DB, 10/6 DDB and 15/8 Loose Deuces. They are still just outside China House but on the other side of the bank from the previous 100% machines.
The 3 slant-tops with 10/6 DDB now have stickers saying they take $4 to earn a point. Used to be $2.
