Some new construction in Laughlin

Well that Riverwalk Plaza is a goofy one. I wonder how that lot evolved?
What is it 100X1000 feet? It looks like the Regency loses the turn-around in
front of the place. Both Harrah's and River Palms were running buses down there.

So how do you dig this stuff up? Local newspaper? Google?

Regency was undergoing another transformation last time I poked my head in.
How about the Tropical Cow as the name of the restaurant? Be sure to play the
rare 6/5/4 Double Bonus games.

It looks like the river walk will be modified in that area. The
shopping area appears to be out into the present walkway as it is
today. Did you see the prices they are asking for the rent? I see
a "roomy" 800sq.ft. spot near the front will go for $8,000/month.
Hey, maybe a few of us on this board can go together and rent the
place to sell "I love VP" T-shirts.

I was looking through the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce websight and
found these two items.
