On the VPReno Frum Stu pointed out the availability of Super Times
Pay and 5 play Multistrike NSUD.

What is the overall return of multistrike NSUD? (Thought this was
100.1%)

What does Super Times Pay add to the base paytable of the game you
are playing? (Thought this was .27)

And one last indulgence...

I've seen these 3 and 5 coin $100 VP machines. How do these work
with regards to W-2 forms? Do you get one for every three of a kind?
(on a 5 coin machine for example) I am interested because I remember
Dancer's wife hit a $100 Royal - was she filling out W-2s every 5
minutes?

Maybe someone who has actually played at these extreme donominations
can tell you for sure, but my understanding is that they keep a
running log of all of your taxable hits, and (probably???) combine
this information into one large W2-G when you are finished playing.
And yes, this implies that a casino person must essentially hang
around and watch the entire time you are playing.
