You probably found the 3 near the cashier. They also
have four more near The Grille, the new deli near the
sports book. The other Bonus Flush machines that were
near Starbucks and near the NE entrance seem to be
gone. That's as of today at least.
Did see a whole row of new 25c machines with regular
25c 8/5 bonus poker near The Grille. There are others
still in the casino.
