Some blue top Gamemakers seem to be missing also.

I notice the ones that were out back near the Convention Center are gone now.

Jesus, with all these slow cuts the term "Last of the Mohegans" comes to mind.
Do they want to turn the place into a VP desert like Meet Me At Foxwoods?

Noticed this week that two of the 9/6 JOB machines at the bar in the Hall of the Lost Tribes had been downgraded, after waiting around for them to be free too. Couldn't check out the other machines.

Although I don't like to hear of downgrades it certainly was forseeable now that there are Jacks on the floor and the fact that the other 9/6 JOB are gone from the other Sun bars.
Also what blue MIA gamemakers( I presume we're talking 8/5 BP ), are the ones near the Convention Center ? Are we talking about the machines in the non smoking area under the "dome" in the Sky Casino ?

   Thanks,

Why casinos fear quarter 9-6 JOB or NSUD is beyond me. These are NEGATIVE games idiots. Plus with all the ill-informed players and the inevitable mistakes caused by alcohol, fatigue and simple human error these machines return at least 2% which is double the edge in baccarat. And you don't have to pay a dealer.
Smarten up Sun-put in 100 quarter 9-6/NSUD machines for a few months trial run and you'll be surprised how much MORE money you would make from those of us who won't put a dime into your now LOUSY quarter games.

The difference is that the JOB on the floor are 5 coin and most of the bartops they replaced were 25 coin max. At one point almost all of the bartops had 9/6, we're now down to a precious few.

The .25 /.50 30 coin max blue plates with 8/5BP are still in the non smoking area of the Sky Casino. The blue plates that were near the circle bar are gone.

They are continuing to change more machines on the floor to 9/8 JOB. The bank of machines across from the arena entrance in Sky now has 9/6. The machines next to the circle bar are now 9/6 25 coin and there are several banks in the Earth Casino.

I believe that the Circle Bar and Wind are the only remaining bartops.

Joel,

I presume that the circle bar is the bar at the entrance to the Wind.I'm trying to picture the machines near the arena entrance. Are those the group that have the slanttops that have spin poker ?

At its height, the Sun had more than 50 9/6 Jacks machines at their bars. With this increasing inventory on the floor I'm hoping that the numbers get close to that. This summer I've started to move more of my play to the Sun in part due to this increasing inventory.

I've got to applaud the Sun for maintaining what is one of the best northeast VP casino inventories.

Larry,
The circle bar is the bar at the entrance to the Wind. If you are facing the bar from the Casino of the Wind, it is the 5 machines to the right of the bar entrance.

The machines by the arena are the uprights facing the arena directly outside the entrance. My estimate is that there are at least 50 9/6 JOB on the floor right now.

Oh PLEASE-not a single 9-6 machine under $5 a spin makes AC shine by comparison and the Sun fade.

Woo hoo!
How many are there for those of us not willing to bring over a grand to blow on a "game" and play quarters?

Lots of quarter 8/5 BP. Remember Mohegan Sun is a casino not a gambling jurisdiction.

You probably have 50 or so .25 8/5 BP machines if you take a look at the database.

Enjoy A/C. For $1 and up there is no comparison.
