Each has some features that the other lacks and some strong points that are not as good in the other. For example, Frugal will generate a strategy table (if you don't have Frugal then you should have Video Poker Strategy Master). My own "Optimum Video Poker" offers the fastest complete game analysis (under one second on most modern PCs) and by far the widest range of bankroll considerations (variance, standard deviation, sd curves, attractiveness index, Sorokin risk of ruin calculation, risk of ruin before a royal, cost of a royal, Poisson Distribution, slot club evaluation, and more). Some say it has the cleanest user interface. Many players wouldn't be without all three packages.
BTW, mine is the only one for which there are both Windows and Macintosh versions.
