Have been playing the $25/day bounceback at AZC. Yesterday, I started at the
kiosk machine to get my $25 from the day before. The screen comes up, I
option for the cash.....it recognizes me (my card) as earning that amt and
now I put my hand to the right to catch the voucher as it prints.
Problem: Right at that moment, the machine is out of paper. The nearest
employee advises me to stay put because once the paper is replaced, the
memory of that transaction may then initiate the printing of the voucher.
The paper is replaced but alas no voucher BUT my card on swiping again shows
no $$$ cash coming to me. The short of it was the slot reward club was
"useless" ( no supervisor on duty till 5 p.m.). So finally between the
kiosk technicians (they work for the Stratosphere Corp) and the slot manager,
they checked my points from the day before, no voucher already cashed , and
paid me .
2nd problem. As you enter the Ladies Room over by the Penny Arcade area
(gift shop), there are four (4) multi game/multi denom machines. to the
right. The very last one against the wall reads higher on the meter than the
machine actually transmits to the system. I put on my 2500+ pts but the next
day I only got a $20 bounceback voucher. Tomski told me of a similar
occurrence but I didn't quite understand him at the time. Anyway, the read
of 2500+ was only 2270 in the system and yet the regular cashback on my card
account advanced $5 which of course means 2500 pts. I claimed at the slot
rewards club giving them the number of the machine, etc but they were not
authorized to reimburse me without "research". That was 4 days ago and no
$5. I not bothering with it but they couldn't explain why I did get $5 on my
cash comp which , in effect, means I did put on the 2500 points.
AZC is ok and this is the first time I've ever played there with such
frequency. I agree with Jean that the smoke and irritants in the air are
quite corrosive.
The kiosk system seems to be down more than its operational. Thats it!
