Actually there is a delay. The SAT [that's Slots-A-Fun folks] Double Points
On Wednesdays has become a California turn around promotion for both busses
and cars. You know that dead zone from 12 midnight to 3am when you can't redeem
coupons and cash back? I know this is not making sense so far but bear or
bare with me.
Circus Circus has recently acquired Barstow Station in a hostile stock deal.
They renovated the famous pee stop for Vegas visitors by converting the old
multi train car Mc Donald's, rusty old multi train car bathroom and gift
shop into the "Circus Circus Scary Clown Native American Casino Hotel And Theme
Park" The new CC [that's Circus Circus folks] brand cost about as much to
refurbish as the Las Vegas Motor Speedway spent ruining the track surface for
today's NASCAR race, 30 MP's [that's Mega Ploopies folks]. BTW, the original
LVMS tack surface was quite an elaborate deal. AJ Foit, did some hot laps on
the almost finished dirt surface to get out any bugs. Las Vegas Paving imported
a special oil from Japan and paved the track in one continuous loop lasting
three days. [a side note the entire LVMS complex cost 20 MP's to build in the
90's. Builders, Bill Bennett, and, Ralph Engelstad, promptly sold it for 25
MP's] The recent paving job was done by a low bidder from San Diego, Scrabia
Undocumented Worker Paving Company, the same company that installs custom
speed bumps requiring a redo because of lawsuits stemming from damages to
vehicles going over them. Look for a lot of wrecked NASCAR cars today, then watch
for the caravan of Scrabia paving vehicles rolling up i15 for a redo..... Oh,
I almost forgot... the same day cashback...
You can redeem at a kiosk in the CCSCNACHATP [you know what that means]
between 12 midnight and 3am the following day.

p.s. Visitation hours for the old track surface are from 4p to 6p at the Las
Vegas Paving mountain near Sunset and Warm Springs in Henderson. It's easy
to find the new blacker asphalt rubble on top of the mountain.
