NV stipulates that a machineon the floor in NV must operate similarly no matter where else it'splaced outside of the state
I thought we decided that there was NO Nevada statute/regulation that controlled this except for a regulation that requires a machine be legal in the state where it is shipped to by a Nevada slot manufacturer. IGT is making machines in Nevada that are not a random deal however it is my understanding that those machines are clearly evident by use of either the genie, match card or an explanation under the "help" screen.
Have you found another Nevada regulation that enforces the random deal of a machine shipped outside of Nevada?
