Slot clubs - using a non-US address

I learned in Vegas last week that several slot clubs won't mail
anything outside the U.S. Caesars and MGM/Mirage are two that
assured me they would. But when in doubt, I would recommend using a
U.S. address if possible to be sure you get any mailed offers that
you think you have earned.

A general rule of thumb is ... Locals Casinos do not mail out of country, Strip Casinos do.
If you give the locals Casinos good action, use a slot/casino host.
