I prefer Bally's. It won't get you over 100% unless you consider the value of
the comps or their give aways.
They have 9/6 single line progressives in addition to the only full pay
triple pay in A/C.
Their cash back is .33 and comps accrue at close to the same rate. If you
have a host, you can get some discretionary comps plus they have some pretty
decent give aways. For example, for next weekend I received a $200 cash coupon, A
gift selection valued at $250, plus an invite to a party where they will give
away a Mercedes conv and 5 plasma TVs.
