All times are local times for the particular casino.
At Harrahs Lake Tahoe, I was told that it was 6:30 AM. To keep an eye on
point count I usually pull my card often to see if pts are added on. I did this at
before & after 6 AM & the pts kept adding. After 6:30 AM, the pts did go to
0, indicating a new day.
BTW, in many places, inserting your card into a machine can start another day
& there are many other ways to inadvertently start another day. A few years
ago, there was an excellent article in Strictly Slots about "getting tripped".
I think the author's pen name was "royalcat".
In it he states the many ways that you can get "tripped" so these are the
situations to avoid in order to keep your trip average up.
If anyone remembers the article & when it was published, please do us a
public service & give us the details.
