Sky in the Show and All-In Musical

I retract my previous comment about Rio's Sky in the Show. I saw the 7 pm show on a
Thursday and indeed there was a simulated bed orgy on the stage before the Sky in the Show
program with lots of kids in attendance and with their parents, shame shame.

I think the Rio management should have large signs posted at the entrance warning of the
adult nature of the shows both for chidren and for those adults who would be offended by
such displays.

I had gone to see premiere of All In-the Poker Musical. I don't know if I am old fogey but the
music (?) was so loud it drowned out the lyrics. Music for Sky in the Show was also much
louder than my previous visit and was uncomfortably loud.

My friend and I could not stand the musical and finally decided to leave and we were followed
by many of the audience. It may be a better show but when one cannot hear what is going
on because of the extremely loud music, it is too bad.

After Misscraps review of the new show I was curious to see it. Figured, hey it can't be that bad - this is Vegas,baby!

Well, let me tell you, it is that bad. My 23 years old son was there with his girlfriend and he said the whole thing made him feel uncomfortable. I felt the same, but thought it was just because I'm an old guy. Guess not. I was forced to stay until the end of the show as the Chippies were charging for pictures - wife said she was doing some kind of "research"? Anyway, I couldn't wait to get out of there. I'm half deaf, and the music waqs so loud it rattled my molars.

Bottom line, don't make a trip over just to see this show. If you are in the neighborhood check it out, see what you think. So the question begs; if you are,t going to the Rio to see the show, why else would you go? I went for the free rooms and the pool, but we will stay on the strip from now on, or at least as long as HET is willing to pony up the free rooms. Ahh, what a ride it has been.........
