I wonder if people who post nasty things on the Internet say nasty things to
other people when face to face with them. Do people think they don't have
a reputation if people don't know their face? I have an opinion about each
person who posts by what they say and how they say it. There are some
people I don't care to meet in person.
It's like the people who smoke in the casino and drop their ashes on the
carpeting. Anonymity has its temptations. My temptation is always to ask
(as I do), is that what you do at home? Similarly flaming is just too easy
when the writer is anonymous - I agree with you wholeheartedly; it is
unnecessary, and it is ugly.
