simplified All American strategy

Hi everyone. I'm wanting to learn All American. I'm looking for a simplified version and haven't found any.

Could someone tell me:

1 where I can find one?
2 how much is it?
3 what is it's ER?
4 how difficult is it compared to the full strategy (1-10 with full being a 10)

The July 2003 issue of Skip Hughes' Video Poker Player online
magazine has a basic strategy table which contains only 24 lines. I
know nothing about the game or the strategy so I can't pass judgement
on it but am just sharing its existence.

The cost of the online magazine is $45.00 per year and includes all
of the past issues.
