I was told at the slot club that "some" of the cards were already out of date. I went to Town Center today and since I knew that the last card worked, when I made a purchase, I asked the clerk if she would run the rest of my cards to see if they were active. They were not. She suggested I go to the concierge booth and ask them what they could do for me.
I did just that. All I had to do is say "Does the word Silverton mean anything to you?" She said I was supposed to go back and see the slot club. I am sure that meant they would exchange $50 of the bad cards for a good one that they just bought the first of this week. She said that someone at Silverton had not bothered to make note of when the last batch expired. I asked her if she could just take off the $2 charge for me and activate the cards. She did just that - I felt that with the traffic, the trip back to Silverton and the general waste of time, that $8 and $23 a card was worth it.
The cards that were given out on the 17th are good until December 19, 2009.
I had a lot of fun spending my cards that were supposedly expired.
Cheers!
Bonnie
