Silverton Oct 17th devaluation ; Your response

Most of us got wind of this unethical move and around the "circuit" various comments are heard. Under pressure, we were able to salvage
most of our value before the deadline.

How many of us felt strong enough about this move to e-mail craig.cavileer@silvertoncasino.com personally?

How then, does any pro-active action start? If not for Bob Dancer's post, the "notice" only if you went to the slot club desk
was very small. Their e-mail system was not used?

I urge everyone to write to the CEO or even corporate as to this mis-treatment. We must be vocal in our response to such things.

I would think the Gaming Commission would disapprove of this. I was
waiting for the right moment to write to the Gaming Commission about
how Terrible's reduced the value of existing points a few years ago,
but they seem to have repented.

I would like to give a thumbs up to Sam's Town. Recently,it decided to pull a good promotion. Although disappointing, it states in the fine print of most any casino promo that managagement reserves the right to change- anything!

In the Sam's Town instance, prominent signs were posted at the entrances and at the players club. These were posted far enough in advance for me to change my plans.
