That is easily done with a cap of the number of drawing tickets that can be
earned in a day. Down in Laughlin the Riverside has a 50 tickets/$25k coin-in
for VP limit for their strong drawing promos.
I read the fine print, but it is not necessary to squint at the Riverside.
They post a full set of rules at the slot club and at the drawing area in fonts
