Do Not hold your brath that the benefits mentioned in the brochure for
Platinum status are still "active" As early as a month ago, letters were sent that
the six days/month hotel stay (on availability) is now cut to two days and
weekends are blacked out. But, the brochure at the slot club remained with the
"six days per month".

I have been "paltinum" for at least a year and have yet to see any "travel
program". In addition, the "skinny" about bb cash at the parties has yet to
materialize for me.

The properties have the option to change their promos BUT to keep handing out
the same benefit brochure to people like yourself working to get to that
level and the casino knows that the promised benefits are no longer part of their
package.

Very slippery slight of hand!

Not only the travel offer, but the slot hosts (Jaret) do not even
bother to return phone calls. We really wanted to use the free room
offer on a visit later this month.

At the very least it would be nice to hear that our request had been
declined.

I've been platinum for about 6 months and now my BB cash has been
cut. I'm curious to see if they do anything with birthdays as they
have in the past. Does anyone even ever see a host there at all?
