Subject: [vpFREE] vpFREE Changes - Posting Guidelines

Effective immediately:

1. Part of Posting Guidelines paragraph #8 (appended below) has
been replaced by the following:

"8. CONDUCT: Members are expected to observe the rules of
       'NETIQUETTE' <http://members.cox.net/vpfree/Rules_EQ.htm>,
and to practice politeness and show good taste in their vpFREE
       posts."

2. In the future my role will be confined to the prevention of any major
disruptions on vpFREE. I will no longer be moderating members, but
will permanently revoke the posting privileges of anyone who fosters
major disruptions.

3. Peer pressure, peer judgment and the delete key will be the primary
governors in any disagreements that may occur in the future - unless
they develop into major disruptions, which I will handle.

Previous Posting Guideline #8:

8. Always address the message rather than the messenger (no
personal attacks) when making or responding to a negative
post. In addition, be polite, civil, objective, factual and
impersonal. You can assert, deny, disagree, correct, explain
etc., but don't put-down, belittle, make sarcastic comments,
insult or do any name-calling about the message or the
messenger.
