Silverton Bass Pro Promotion

Received a mailer from Silverton today that says 1000 points in October will get a $10 card for Bass Pro shop. Picked up the rules today - video poker is exempt from this promotion.

Today was a $50 every 5 minutes giveaway. The place was almost empty from noon until 2pm. I asked a floor person what the problem was and where were the crowds? Was told that parking is the problem. I don't think it is the parking, I think it is the choice of machines and the economy. The parking lot was virtually 1/4 full.

Good post, and you're correct, but Corporations and governments have to lie,
putting their spin on it, and not owning up to the truth.

Wait, that's just like the election's going to be. One party wants to raise
taxes so we can be patriotic, the other party claims to want to reduce
taxes, to allow us to spend out money and expand the economy.

Pay tables and promo's increase traffic! And we'd fight the parking for
that opportunity.
