Silver Legacy "Sterling Card" mailer

Both the wife and I received a mailer from SL today.

Enclosed in each mailer were new slot cards that were silver in color
and said, "Sterling Card" with membership valid through Jan 2006.

In addition there was a letter explaining the new comp bank system
(but, not surprisingly, there was no explanation on how much coin-in
earns each comp dollar) and a $30 Dining Voucher, valid through June
30th.

For reference purpsoses, Marge Matteoni was my host on our last trip
and I ran about $50K coinin total (with a small win) over 4 nights.
All action was on my card, none on the wife's...shhhhh, don't tell
anyone so I don't have to cough up that extra $30 comp.

I also got the Sterling level, and was disappointed in no explanation included on what
points got what level. I noticed I got free upgrade to Suite WHEN AVAILABLE. What's
this?? Geez! They had better be available! I'm a spoiled brat, my host knows that by
now.

My friend got his "Legacy" card, and in HIS mailer was a brochure that described all 3
levels. BARON is for those with 1200+ points per day/daily average. I'm probably
900-1000 (back when I could afford to play $1 coin)

I don't know what the points were to go from LEGACY to SILVER, I'd guess around 400
or 500 daily average.. I just don't remember it from friend's brochure.

Free room doesn't come off your comp balance, so I'm wondering what else to use my
comp balance for... I already eat as well as I want. I haven't been to a show there in 3
yrs. I got the tee shirts and golf shirt and jacket.... maybe I can redeem comp balance
for something "useful" in the gift shop. Or maybe I'll become a Howard Hughes-ish
recluse up in my suite, ordering room service for all my meals...

I got a $75 dining voucher, my friend's was $30 also I believe. No rhyme or reason on
those amounts..

So they are staging those GameMakers... soooooo curious about their paytables...

It's 500. Just a little too rich for us quarter players. I'm not sure it's worth the extra effort to try to get there -- if they had 2-cent 50-play Not-So-Ugly Deuces, that might be a different matter.

We got $20 each, and we also pretty much put all of our play on one card.
