Silver Legacy discrimination

If you were put on a joint account - it should be just that - either can
accept offers and use them. If not - this sounds like discrimination to me. I
would contact the Nevada Casino Control Commission in this instance and
include all the particulars. If you were issued separate cards in 2 names, either
they should not be combining the accounts, or if they do, all offers should
be joint. Obvious to me that they can't say the husband is the primary
holder and you are secondary and need permission to use it. Following their
logic, only he could take out cashback etc.

If it were me, I would definitely followup with a letter naming names,
giving details, and address it to the Nevada Control Commission with a cc: to host
Carrillo and a CC to the Casino Manager (see if you can call and get a
name).

Thanks for your reply -- and support!!!

This was not a joint account -- and seriously, if they really meant that you could only have one account per household, they never should have let me enroll and get my own account.

We're always ready to play by the rules, as long as they tell us what the rules are. It's the deceptive business practices, fraud and discrimination that I can't stand.
