As of 3:40 pm, Thursday, the Full Pay Joker 4700 is still at the Silver Legacy. The 6 machines are located as described in Messages 4840 and 4863.
4 are located on the first level near the Transportation Center by 5th and Sierra. The other 2 are in the original location on the 2nd level. If you face the new Keno location, they are to your far left, in the corner next to the railing.
This information cost me a $15 cab ride, but he'll, I took one for the team.
