The Silver Legacy comp earning rate on their new system seems to be .30%. During the month of March they are doing double comps midweek (Tue/Wed/Thu). On $660 coin in, I earned $3.96 in comps (.60%) on a double points day.
The comp rate may be different for different tier levels of players. Now that you can direcly check your comp balance and issue your own comps, the system is transparent.
