Does the 100 play 9/6 at SL allow you to play 1-99 coins max coins with no penalty just like most 50 play machines, or must I play all
100 lines at max to get the 9/6/90 schedule ?

You can play one line, or 100; the SF 90 is always working (if I recall
correctly), although I assume the RF is short pay unless you're playing
five coins per line.
