Silver Legacy 10/7DB & 20/7JW MIA

I was at the Silver Legacy from August 17th to the 21st, and I
could not find the bank of 10 full pay DB and JW machines anywhere.
The Keno area where they were previously located has been moved, and
the area is now under construction with a new "ultra-lounge" coming
soon. Has anyone seen them anywhere else?

Also, I can confirm that the Grand Sierra no longer has the old BP
Progs. I also overheard that the sportsbook area is going to get rid
of the airplanes hanging from the ceiling.

SILVER:
If you ever got upstairs to the mezzanine, on the Sedona Cafe (south)
side, that's where Silver Legacy moved the keno, and the 12 machines
that were downstairs that have FP DB and JW in 25c denom are just
EAST of Keno. Not MIA I hope.

Sorry I didn't update the database, but it was in my last trip
report....

SIERRA, GRAND:
Another post today says the Grand Sierra BP progs are MIA.

Are the High Limit machines at Grand Sierra still all hand pays?
(Of course they'd be happy to see ya, the VP is almost unplayable!)

I was at the SL Sunday. Do not know about the 10-7, but the KBJW have
actually been upgraded to a 4700 coin royal. Location as described by
Mark.

We're headed to Reno for our annual cigar smoking event that coincides with the Washington State Apple Cup. Our current Sunday Night Buffet venue of course has become non-smoking like every other food joint in Nevada, so we're looking to change it up a bit.

We're thinking of doing a buffet, then heading to a sportsbook or lounge located in the same casino for our post-meal cigar and cognac.

Any recommendations?

Mark,

I was at the Silver Legacy on the 18th and 19th of September. I played
the FPKBJW for many hours. If memory serves me correctly (and it
doesn't always) EIGHT of the lovely SUPER FP machines containing
FPKBJW also feature a 4700 coin RF. The other four machines are still
FP, but have the royal set at 4000 coins.

As usual MORE folks were playing the 100% games than the 101% games.
Actually, there was no problem at ANY time, getting on these rare
beauties......Maybe because players can't find them readily.....or
maybe because of the total lack of CB, and the pittance earned towards
comps!

4700 is full pay joker, 4000 is short.
Full pay joker = 4700/1000/500/250/100/35/25/15/10/5/5

Might be better to play with your card out or upside down or someone
else's card, since the comp penalty of playing full pay (downgrade on
marketing offers) is probably greater than the comp reward, i.e.
negative expectation. Of course it could also be that Legacy is 86-ing
people who play these machines, that might explain the easy
availability. Maybe they backroom you for your first 4700 royal? If
I'm not mistaken jackpots a grand and over are handpay at the Legacy.

WRONG! for KB JW:
4000 RF is FULL PAY per our own vpFree Glossary.
4700 RF we'll have to call FULLER PAY

Here's the link: http://members.cox.net/vpfree/PayV.htm
and here's the cut&paste:
1-1-2-3-5-07-20-050-100-200-800 ... 100.65% - JW (FP)
1-1-2-3-5-07-20-050-100-200-940 ... 101.00%

THIS is hilarious. I'm trying to imagine my gracious host trying to act tough while the
Carano brothers hoist me up and out from the mezzanine 25c JW machines to the back
room. "We been Eyin' you from the Sky, Mark-o, after we determined yer quarter play on
this FULLish Pay Joker game has cost us one lobster dinner too many...." They'd then fling
lobster butter at me til I squealed my sources.

Good one.
