Silly question ?

Is there an "easy" way to get from the Encore to the Las Vegas Hilton, other than a taxi or walking?

The nearest monorail station to the Encore is not so near.

There used to be a shuttle from the Wynn to the convention center, but that seems not to be active any more.

The Wynn used to have circulars that either took you to the nearest Monorail
station or the convention center, I forget which. But if I were a betting
man, I would bet that that service has been a victim of the economic
recession.

You can hop the Ace bus in front of Wynn - that drops you either:
A) north end of convention ctr. - short hike north to Hilton, or if you don't want to walk at all, and/or don't mind spending a little, next Ace stop:
B) back of the Sahara - monorail stop - short ride to Hilton.

Alternately, the Deuce bus north will drop you @ Sahara.
