Siena upgrades you to either a Diamond or Double Diamond card based on your card level at another local casino. So, I had a Bronze card at the Peppermill, which allowed me Diamond status at Siena. If you were Gold or above at Peppermill, for instance, you would get a Double Diamond card at Siena. They had a chart at the Player's Club that explained it for each local casino's card level, or you can call the club itself, and they will get back to you with the details. They put the $50 in comps on my card right away, so my brother and I had a nice lunch in the Riverview Cafe, and they even gave me a 15% senior discount....sweet! I don't know when the comps expire...I suspect six months or a year if there is no activity on the card, but you can check on that. I'm also not sure what the difference in services of each Siena card level...it's not on their web, which, by the way, needs upgrading, because it lacks so much info. I would assume
you get better mailers, and if a Double Diamond member, invietes to parties. A tip: make sure your current card from the Peppermill, Harrah's, etc. has not expired...mine was a couple of years out-of-date...this will eliminate any hassles from the player's club desk when making the upgrade.
