Funny. I received my Siena mailer early in the month. My girlfriend, who gets better offers from Siena, received her's yesterday.

That program is gone, but they have that gold bullion contest and the free player card upgrade that includes $50 in free comps, which I took advantage of. I, too am miffed at the late mailings...there's a double payoff on RF's in hearts this month that I didn't know about. Sure enough, I got one in hearts...at the Peppermill (whew). I would have been very pissed if I'd gotten one at the Siena...they wouldn't know either since a $1K RF would not trigger a hand pay. I'm assuming they would say something if it was over $1200....don't know about multiline games. Also they will pay $100,000 for back-to-back royals...good luck with that one!
I'm geting in the habit of asking the player's clubs the first thing when I get there about any current promotions, especially for VP.

How does the card upgrade work? What type of card gets $50 and do
the comps expire?
