Siena - Double Competitor's Free Play Promo

I hope you locals weren't holding out on us out-of-towners on this promo! <g>

So, I was in Reno this weekend and heard about Siena matching the competitor's free play promo. Some of you may remember this similar promo right before the bankruptcy from last year. Well, it appears that the promo is geared a little bit more to the locals than to the out-of-towners this time.

Instead of just matching, Siena will now DOUBLE the free play coupon from another casino. The limit per casino is up to $100 to get $200. The limit overall is up to $250 to get $500. And this is good for each week in August.

I did notice some small print on a sign on the right at the club booth saying that the free play is not good on $1 and above video poker machines. The sign also said that certain banks (and the bank numbers are listed) of machines are not eligible. If someone can look and report what's so special about those machines, that would be great.

I got in on it also this weekend, hitting them for $1000 ($500 saturday, then $500 monday)
Just sucked it out and walked out.

So being from out of town you were not able to get it?

As an out-of-towner, I was able to get in on the offer. An out-of-towner free play is generally good on one weekend, for example, each month. Local free play is generally spread out throughout the month. My free play may be 1x$200 and a local free play may be 4x$50. Notice that I am over the $100 limit and will get only 1x$200 from Siena. The local will get 4x$100 from Siena.

Thanks a lot for the tip, I was able to get it too. Does anyone know
what coin in = 1 point there? I wasn't tracking it but there was no way it was $22 per point per vpfree data base. I was getting points ALOT faster than that.

it varies heavily based on machine. i played a small amount of reels
and was getting $4 per point; i played NSUD and was getting $50 per
point (a whopping 0.02% comp rate).

some days are 3x multipliers, and new players get 5x points on their
first day, which are applied immediately and silently. there's nothing
on your screen saying what multiplier you have. so it's important to
take that into consideration when trying to gauge point rate.

best wishes,

five

Any full pay vp there worth playing?
Also, how do you get the free play - just show them a mailer from another casino?
