Siena will rebate 25% of your first 24 hour theo, in free play, after opening a credit line of $5k+ through the end of the year.
I gave this a shot and discovered the "crazy" reference is clearly an allusion to the better game theos here:
I pegged 9/6 JB,NSUD at approx 0.55%; IL ducks at approx .93%. (+/- .05%)
These are theos (not 25% of theo). Obviously, this doesn't even rate as a slim promo. Still, if you're coming in for other reasons, it's a modest plus to your next trip.
My stay was saved from disappointment on 3 counts:
- $100 loss rebate fron August (unclaimed 2nd installment) was still loaded in my account 
- Suffered a loss of less than 0.5% of coin in, on aggressive play (set a low loss limit after promo numbers became apparent, and never hit it). Free play edged out loss, for a net Gain of $100+.
- Took first place in today's $1500 prize pool tournament for a cash win of $750. Hit 6 jackpot symbol combinations (rwb) in the 5 min finalist session, including 2back-to-back. (3 were sufficient to score top money)
First time I took first in a slot tourney -- where's that luck when there's serious money onthe table?!!
