Where did you eat? What was the dish that got you ill?
Have you reported the incident to the restaurant? Have you reported it to
any local health authority? Based on your experience, the kitchen really needs
a thorough inspection by the Clark County health department.
In the meantime, I'd like to know where I should avoid eating.

Because there was only one time where we all ate together we were able
to identify where we were exposed and that the severe intestinal
distress began about 22 hours after exposure. If it wasn't for the
other person eating the same thing I did at the restaurant and he got
sick too within 30 minutes of my onset I would have never figured it out.
Now I come home and read about the Nasty Bug thread and am wondering
who else has had problems and for how long.
I am going to the doctor tomorrow because 1 week later and I am still
sick. When the episode started I seriously considered the Emergency
Room, the stomach pains were that intense.
