I will be staying at the hotel by the race track and I was wondering if a shuttle runs to horseshoe or if I need to plan on cabbing it. I understand this raceino is all slots with no VP or table games however I will be doing some live betting while I am there.

Yes, Harrah's has a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, or they did the last time I was there.
