Shutting Down A Paying Machine

This thread reminds of the mentality of blackjack pit bosses in the "old
days". Some of them were even more superstitous than the players and
would do almost anything to change the "luck" of a winning player.

Thankfully I don't see that attitude much anymore. I think that is mostly
because I don't play BJ often but also because the attitude of pit critters
seems to have evolved.
