Showboat 7 Stars Brunch

Hi Gang:
A source that we trust highly told us this past weekend that Showboat in
AC is now offering Sunday brunch in its buffet area FREE for Harrah's Seven
Stars card holders (and a guest) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It's been ongoing
for five weeks now, according to our source, and is set up in a separate
room at the back of the buffet on the right side. Supposedly, there is a
private chef back there making up omelets for the guests and there is a wide
variety of fruit, bagels, muffins etc. PLUS, guests have access to the regular
buffet as well.
We've never heard of anything like this and wonder if anybody on these
boards has heard anything about this very nice perk.

Just my 2 cents - Atlantis in Reno has a donut lady that walks around offering free Donuts. You can eat them playing hundreds of machines from 99.7 to 100.2. That tastes better to me than eating a fine steak and caviar, plopped down in front of a $5 9/5 DDB offering.

The "Donut Lady" has been a fixture at the Atlantis for as long as
I can remember. The SAME donut lady! She is way up in years and
uses the rolling donut cart like a walker. She has a croaky voice
with which she announces her arrival. She typically works the Atlantis casino floor in the morning hours, prior to 11:00am. She
offers an excellent selection of tasty FREE donuts, and is just as
sweet as her pastries! {{o: When she receives a $1.00 tip, in
exchange for a donut, she almost blesses the giver, and never fails
to say thanks and good luck.

Every time that I return to the Atlantis, I hope to see the same
Donut Lady. So far, we've both been lucky!
