Well, yes....as long as there's psychotically misled posters like
Michael Boutot and Cogno blah blah blah that wouldn't feel so good
having the truth sent their way after writing poison-pen messages
about someone who doesn't respond. THAT's what's not healthy for
players. Many enjoy my point of views yet are afraid to say anything
on vp-FREE. The point is, this is no mystery. I could post a reply at
any time but I don't because I have an agreement with the vp
administrator. When I do 'infiltrate' there is a purpose, and I never
do what I'm always accused of doing - which is the way many acted on
vp-heaven.
A.P.--I have 'fond memories' too. vp-heaven was hell....just the way
video poker players like it! Please don't say you still fly from
Toronto to LV just to go to the El Cortez anymore.
I think Harry's got the best understanding I've seen of what I
represent, although it's not spot-on. And Bob Sommer, as usual, makes
the most sense when examining the rationale as to the mystery
surrounding why I'm 'blocked'.
The most confusing post I've seen is from Dan Paymar a few days ago.
In it he accuses both me and Dancer of the same 'faults', asks for
clarafications, yet both Bob & I don't/can't respond with a sensible
message. How does that help anyone when the 2 biggest names in vp
can't clarify something like that?
One theme on me I keep seeing on vpFREE is about how my 'system' is
bad for players, it harms players, and my supposed "anti-math
message" is so terrible. On and on. It's like sitting in front of the
TV watching re-runs of The Golden Girls while eating too many Oreos.
That sickly feeling isn't far off. Yet I never see anything that
wonders why it is I win so much and so consistently.
Amazing....unless everyone there's in it just to see how many points
and free meals they can get, or maybe more precisely, how
anticipatively excited they can get just talking about the fantasy of
winning as they have near-anxiety attacks counting down the days
before they head back to LV. Winning is a product of luck and luck
alone, and is the result of common sense plays. You learn to take
absolute advantage of that luck, learn to control your play, and do
what you said you were going to do and you'll be successful. Over the
years I've come to learn that EVERY player PRIVATELY acknowledges
that undeniable fact, but for some reason many still want to PUBLICLY
believe and announce that their skill and the machine that paid 5
credits more for a FH was the main reason for the few times they did
win. Lovely, isn't it?
