1. I don't know who you are to attempt to determine what good a discussion
on this board would be on a certain topic.
2. Do you think this is the first time this has happened? Robberys are a
common casino occurance and there might be persons who have been victims on this
board that could share their experiences (including any legal action against
the casino for negligence they might have pursued). Afterall there are now
5000+ members to this group if the last numbers I heard were right.

If you don't get the answer from an Nevada attorney what good is a
discussion on this board without having the legal answers. Without a
qualified legal
opinion the discussion is mere speculation.
Unless a VP member who happens to be an attorney (preferably a Nevada
lawyer) offers their professional opine on this question we can't know what
the
reality is. How are laymen to asses negligent responsibility in a casino
situation? I am sure there is a considerable body of applicable state
rulings that
any PI lawyer would have memorized.
You may choose to avoid such a casino based on your feelings which may be
well placed.
