Seven Stars Event

I agree with the part of the program getting to big. With the growth of Harrah's in many Urban areas, players can achieve this level, with family and friends playing on their cards. I quick drive to the local area Harrah's, may it be in Windsor, Shreveport, Biloxi and so on. Play a few hours a day, and it adds up. I have never been 7 Star, only Diamond. But, I can state that when we went to the Diamond Lounge in Shreveport (only one lounge) most of the guests were 7 Star. They did not get there playing on their own dime!

I know the thought of people cheating the system is hard to believe!

I'd enourage this bad behavior if was a Senior in Harrah's syndicate.
These are -5% and better folks I think you are inferring; but that's not who I saw at the AC 7* event. More like -2% gamblers.

I think the speculation of teams of family and friends playing on one card to achieve 7* may be exaggerated.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but for the large part, I envision any active player is inclined to want to play on their own card in order repeat their own play benefits.

A key exception are couples playing on a single card (which is how Bev and I play many casinos. Most casino groups may stipulate one player per card, but most turn a blind eye to couple play, or even actively encourage it.

The truth is that playing $1 5-coin video poker stakes is far from "high stakes", yet easily affords 7* status with under 250 hours of play a year ... hardly a stretch for an active player.

(I've recently noted that my wife and I have earned a combined 200,000 in tier credits through June 30 this year, almost entirely on single line $1 play -- no doubt, however, one of our most active play periods to date, but largely restricted to 3 or 4 weekends a month)

Wow, 250 hours is way fast. I'd say it's 500 hours for us when playing negative games. Will go fast if there's an advantage but this thread is about the Harrah's syndicate and the 7* event in AC . There ain't an advantage play for hundreds of miles.

I use my wife's Harrahs card and they seems to be o.k. with that. They even recognize that she is the lead unlike some other casinos that send the good offers to me; which really pisses her off.
