service at the Palms in Las Vegas

Is it me, or is service on the downside at the Palms? I have been
there twice in the last month, and things don't feel like they did a
few months back. Yesterday, the line at the slot club booth
stretched out to 25 people - yes, I counted. The lines at the cash
booth also moved slowly. One person waiting to in line made the
comment he was headed to the Rio where they had adequate staff. I
guess the worst thing was the 15 minute wait for a coin fill on my
machine. I have always liked the Palms, but am questioning whether
it is worth the hassle. Any other experiences like mine?

I almost never play there becuase the couple of times I did there were HUGE
lines at the coin booth and slot club. I live too far away from there (Green
Valley) to make the drive unless I am certain that won't be an issue.

Service has never been great there but I'm sure it's worse now with the
scratch card promotion going on.

Assuming the casino has comment cards or suggestion boxes out on the floor, you should fill one out if you notice a change in service levels. Sometimes you get a response, sometimes you are ignored. But it only takes a couple of minutes and at least you let them know how you feel.
