Being that the percentage of payback is usually lower on 1 cent than .25 or $1, it seems it would be wiser to play either .25 or $1 machines. Try to get a 2 coin machine and play the 2 coins, as long as there is an advantage of the jackpot being more than double if you play 2 coins. If only 3 coin machines are available, play at the full 3 coins if the jackpot is more than triple. Machines like the Double Diamond and Double Double Diamond with lower paying jackpots are usually more likely to hit than machines with larger jackpots, such as the 10X machines, but then, it all depends on luck.
