I'm curious how you identify who is involved with the event once you get to the buffett? My wife and I happened to be in town for the March (or was it April?) event and showed up at the buffett line at the appointed time, but I could not figure out who was there for the event.
We enjoyed the buffet lunch anyway though.

I was 15 minutes late to the July one and couldn't find anyone either... Do you inform the Cashier/Host or what? (they were clueless to any event occurring) and you can't page a group..just a person.
I thought a VP player would be pretty easy to profile...

Attendees should wait outside the buffet entrance (not in line)
either standing or sitting at chairs by the nearby machines. If
you can't readily find the group, approach anyone who appears to
be waiting for someone and ask if they are there for the 11:30
vpFREE lunch.
Do not get in the buffet line before 11:30 in case more people
are coming. Do not expect to sit with or find the group if you
arrive after 11:30.
