I know Seneca Niagara does not have cash back. Anyone know if they do
bounce back cash mailers?

I haven't seen anything from them yet...the closest they come to cash is weekly or monthly slot dollars.
Most of their mailings are for drawings or entertainment....I did get a post card recently where they were giving away something, a kitchen or electronic device, forget which. They didn't call it a free gift, but stated it as a offer. In reading the fine print they were taking the gift value out of your comp account.
