Seneca Niagara, Seneca Allegany, now a Judge voids a portion of the
tribal Compact and is trying to steer the location of a third Casino
to be within the City of Buffalo instead of a suburb.
Needless to say, this delays groundbreaking near the Buffalo airport
(in Cheektowaga), a minor 6-8 miles from downtown Buffalo. Crazy
world!
