Seminole Indian Casino, Class 2 or Class3 VP machines?

My wife and I recently played at the Seminole Indian Casino in Immokalee Florida, our first trip since it was remodeled some time ago. We played $1 9/6 JOB with really not much luck, which strangely is the usual for us there. It was just a couple of days after a gentlemen won 3.5 million on the "Wheel of Fortune" game, but I don't think that had much to do with us. It wasn't until I returned home it dawned on me that one of the tickets I cashed had $.04 extra on it. Could I have been playing a pull tab type machine and not noticed? To me that would be impossible because they all looked like your standard Vegas IGT slant top and uprights. I believe there is no casino regulation in Florida so to me that means possible manipulation. I know the Wizard of Odds says that all IGT machines must be straight so that they can be used in Nevada but could the Indian Casinos be different? Maybe I am just paranoid? Anyone have any thoughts?

No, because there are no pays worth .04. I frequently find a few cents left on a machine and don't notice it until I've put my money in. Don't worry about it.
The Seminoles have been very active in upgrading their machines. If it is a Class II Bingo machine you will see a large bingo card in the back glass.
