Self-exclusion problem gambler, new way to profit from vp - XVP

I don't know about Vegas but many jurisdictions have a program that
allows the problem gambler bar himself. Once a person bars himself, I
have heard the casino is now responsable to keep the player out of the
casino. So if the problem gambler sneaks back in and loses his rear,
the casino can be sued. It's the casinos fault the player lost.

So here's the plan. Player must bar himself. A few months later he
sneaks back in to the casino and plays the $100 vp. So if your lucky
enough to win like Richard did at Caesars on FPDW, then you go home a
winner. However, if you lose, you hire Dewey, Cheetem and Howe to sue
the casino creeps for letting you play. I just read in some lawyer
magazine, casino lawyers worry about this happening. Thought I'd pass
the gist of the story on. Might be a new way to get max profits out
of vp. Should work good for slots too.

I remember, in AC I think, someone used the bank money machines on the
casino floor to draw large amounts of $$ to gamble with. I guess it
was borrowed from his credit line. When it came time to pay the
gambler pointed out that it was against the law, in his state, to lend
money to someone for gambling. As I recall, the guy didn't have to pay
back the loan. Also, the money machines were moved from the gaming
floor. I'm not sure where it happened, but I think I remember close to
right.

Finally, a new strategy......Jeep
