SEK to $ conversion- XVP

Instead of paying the outrageous $45 fee, you may want to try one of the currency exchange booths at the airport. There is one at McCarran terminal 2, their exchange rates are bad, but without the $45 service charge they would be better than your bank.
I found another alternative that may be of better value but a little more work.

I have about $200 worth of Swedish Kroner (SEK). Does anyone know if I
am able to convert this currency at a major casino? Many years ago, I
was able to do so in Reno with full exchange rates.

My bank wants a $45 fee to convert it over, and this just seems
excessive considering the amount I have.

I have heard of Canadians exchanging dollars, but what about a more
unusual currency?

You dont only have to worry about the fees so much as you must worry
about the exchange rate they are offering.

right now the SEK- AO spot forex price is 7.0319:$1

I know a foreign FX trader who recommends trying to haggle the rates

Looks like by using the link below you are giving up something like
9% on the trade . which is a whole bunch.

I should think you should consider stitting on it as it is moving up
from a pretty substancial low on a weekly FX chart.

repartriating currencies is always a expensive endevor. moreso when
you use retail exchanges.
