That visit to the slot club is not a requirement everywhere. Sure you need
to be a member of the local club.
The Wincards resurfaced in Laughlin at the River Palms. A couple of us did
them in September. A visit to the main cage is all that is needed. I cashier
did make a note on our accounts, but no boothling was needed. OBTW, you can
do Wincards every six months at the River Palms according to the cashier.
